Aloha. You are about to experience fresh roasted coffee, the way it is meant to be served. M3Coffee (Miss Mary Mac's Coffee Shack) specializes in fresh roasted top grade Kona coffee! We strive to deliver the freshest Kona coffee. Coffee loses about half of it's flavor in the first 14 days after it is roasted. Therefore we ask that you start using your Kona coffee as soon as possible in order to enjoy the fresh roast that sets us apart from the rest of the coffee companies. Store your coffee in a cool, dry place. Do not place in freezer. There is no substitute for starting your day with fresh Kona coffee. Whether you buy from us or buy from any other roaster, your coffee should not be more than 4-5 days out of the roaster. ANY coffee bought in a supermarket, no matter how famous the brand, is months old before you drink it. "Stale as old boots" is an appropriate description. A great day starts with MMM Coffee.
